Follow Friday and Black Friday Giveaway!!!

Happy Black Friday everyone! Here is my Follow Friday for this week and also a very special Black Friday giveaway!

This weeks question is....

Black Friday Eve! You have $100 (or pounds or whatever your currency is) to spend on books. What are you going to buy?

This is an impossible question to answer.  I literally have 1840 books on my Goodreads Wishlist page.  How do I pick £100 worth?  I guess I would see what is on sale.  The more books you can buy the better right?  What do you think?

I would definitely pre order The Winds of Winter.  I cannot wait for this book.

  1. So Martin has finally come out with another book in his series? GREAT choice!! I have yet to read the first one.....lol. But of course I want to! And it's on my Goodreads TBR list too.....

I can understand how you feel. Which of the gazillion books on our GR lists will we pick? I can now think of so many others I could have chosen.....lol. It's a never-ending battle, climbing that ol' Mount TBR!

Thanks for sharing, and thanks for commenting on my own FF post!! : )

  2. That man always has something up his sleeve! $100 wouldn't even make a dent in my 400-book GR TBR list. And I even spent a lot of time culling it last year! *sigh* Maybe $1000 ... :)

  3. I'm an avid Book Review on Amazon who only reviews books I've won through giveaways

I love books which have been signed by the author so send me Tom Leveen's "SICK:

  5. I so understand the feel. Sometimes I figure myself winning an Amazon or PayPal giveaway to finally buy some of the books and gears I've put on my wish list... But then again, I have SO MANY things I would want that before deciding, five hours would be too few. Really. I would spend so much time figuring out which books to select. HELL WILL BREAK LOOSE IN MY HEAD.

    Ahem.
Answering the giveaway question, sorry to Ward, but I now find his books too similar... Just following the same path all over again. Respect to the author and to who likes him, but he's definitely not my cup of tea. The book 'Sick', on the other hand, even if I haven't read too many zombie-themed books, has had me curious for a while, so... Yup, it would be the one I would pick.

  7. Hmm...If I had $100 to spend on books I would definitely have to do the same as you, go through my wishlist and find the ones on that are on sale first! The more the better! I always need something new to read.

I would love to have Immortal by JR Ward!
